networx will also be listed in the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to Work For, a high profile annual business publication that awards the highest scoring organisations who took part in the Best Companies Survey.
The Best Companies survey is a unique and accurate process used to measure employee engagement and uses direct feedback from staff to show levels of fulfilment, motivation and engagement across the organisation.
Its ‘michelin style’ star rating system, uses the scores achieved by businesses to determine whether a company is; one star – first class, 2 stars – outstanding or 3 stars – extraordinary.
