DocuSign Electronic signature technology has been added to our recruitment software as part of the latest update.
The integration with DocuSign allows clients and candidates to sign and return key documents such as contracts in a matter of minutes. As a fully mobile compatible solution documents can also be signed anywhere and on any device!
Electronic signatures can be added to any document and included as a task at any stage of the offer process.
How it works:-
Clients can add the docusign technology at the required places within each document. Multiple signatures can be added to the same document if required.
The client then sends an email to the candidate which includes a link direct to the document.
The candidate can view and sign the document via the DocuSign secure portal by either typing in their name and choosing their preferred style or drawing their own if the device they are using supports this.
Once the document has been signed the client is notified and the time and date is stamped within the DocuSign portal and within the candidate’s details.
Reminder emails can be sent to candidates if required.
