Last night at the glitzy awards ceremony in London’s Battersea Evolution, networx were officially ranked #75, on the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to Work For!
As a company, networx have successfully secured a place on this prestigious list for the past 5 years; an accolade that has been achieved after continually receiving one of the highest Index Scores and 3 star accreditation from the widely recognised Best Companies Survey.
Based solely on the feedback provided by employees, the ‘Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to Work For’ list, uses a number of workplace factors to benchmark networx against hundreds of other organisations. These include how the organisation supports employees to achieve a healthy work life balance, what initiatives are in place to give back to employees, charities and the wider community, as well as the quality of leadership demonstrated across the business.
Commenting on the award, networx’s Managing Director, Andy Pierson said:
“It’s an honour to be included on this prestigious list for the 5th consecutive year. As a business, we work tirelessly to ensure employee satisfaction, putting initiatives in place which enable our employees to grow and develop at networx. We look forward to improving our offering to employees further in 2019.”
This year, Best Companies have also introduced a new regional list which we hope to be included on later this month. Details of who have made it onto the Yorkshire and Humber List are due to be announced on Thursday February 28th.
